At Mind Body Sport, we are dedicated to the holistic well-being of athletes, focusing on the critical aspect of mental health. We understand that peak performance in sports is not solely about physical ability, but also about mental resilience and psychological strength. Our mission is to support athletes at every level by providing comprehensive mental health services that empower high achievers to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

At Mind Body Sport, I offer therapy designed for the realities of sport. I support athletes, coaches, and teams in managing stress, building resilience, and maintaining their mental health both within and beyond their sport environments. Whether you’re navigating performance pressure, injury, burnout, or the everyday demands of life, therapy provides a space to work through it with intention and support.

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), I take a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to support mental health in a way that’s practical, collaborative, and aligned with your needs—so you can show up fully, both in sport and in life.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. As a former competitive athlete and coach, I understand the pressure, intensity, and identity questions that can come with being deeply involved in sport. That experience informs the way I connect with clients—not just as athletes or performers, but as people with complex lives and mental health needs that deserve care.

Alongside my Master of Social Work and training CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma, I hold an IOC Diploma in Mental Health in Elite Sport and a Certificate in Sport Social Work. This specialized education allows me to support those in sport with an understanding of the specific challenges they may face—from performance stress to injury recovery, stigma, transitions, and more.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in respect. Whether you’re just starting out, working at an elite level, or supporting someone in sport, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take care of your mental health.
